Yes, all our instructors are highly qualified and certified by reputable surfing and kitesurfing organizations such as the International Surfing Association (ISA) and relevant kiteboarding associations (such as VDWS and IKO). They have extensive experience and are dedicated to ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment. On top of that also our school is certified by the IKO. For a surf lesson, you'll need a surfboard, leash, wetsuit (depending on water temperature), and sunscreen. For kitesurfing, you'll need a kite, harness, board, wetsuit, helmet and safety equipment. Don't worry if you don't have your own equipment – we provide all necessary gear for our lessons.

Come prepared for your surf or kitesurf lesson in Fuerteventura by bringing swimwear, fresh clothes for after your session, plenty of water to stay hydrated, high SPF sunscreen (essential in the Canary Islands sun), and most importantly - your enthusiasm to learn! We provide all necessary surf and kitesurf equipment including wetsuits, boards, kites, and safety gear. Don't forget a towel and perhaps some snacks for energy during your surfing or kitesurfing adventure.

Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours advance notice before your scheduled pickup time or meeting time at our surf school. Cancellations made within this 24-hour window allow for full refunds without any charges. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your surf or kitesurf lesson will incur the full lesson fee. This policy also applies to illness-related cancellations without a valid medical certificate. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, which helps us maintain our small group sizes and quality instruction standards.

While you can book surf and kitesurf lessons directly at our Morro Jable station with our friendly staff, we highly recommend making advance reservations via WhatsApp for the best experience. During peak holiday seasons in Fuerteventura, our small group lessons often sell out quickly. To guarantee your preferred dates for surf or kitesurf courses, contact us on WhatsApp before your arrival. We offer flexible payment options for your surf and kitesurf lessons in Fuerteventura:

• Cash or card payment at our Costa Calma surf school station
• Cash payment directly to your certified surf/kitesurf instructor after your lesson
• Bank transfer prepayment (available for EU bank accounts only)

Safety is our top priority at our Fuerteventura surf and kitesurf school. If we must cancel your lesson due to unsafe weather conditions (insufficient or excessive wind for kitesurfing, or heavy rain), you'll receive a full refund - no vouchers, just your money back. We prefer rescheduling your surf or kitesurf lesson to alternative dates during your stay, ensuring you still experience the best of Fuerteventura's waves and winds. For surfing lessons, cancellations are rare as we utilize three different surf spots around the island (La Pared, Esquinzo, and Cruz Roja) to find optimal conditions.
