Meet Rosa, our passionate kitesurf instructor who first discovered the wind as a child on her dad’s surfboard on the Baltic Sea.


Driven by the joy she feels on the board, Rosa’s mission is to share that same feeling with her students.


Originally planning to stay just one season, she was captivated by the island’s magic — and is now a long-term part of the Surfers Island crew.
